We don’t have any current job opportunities at KIAC, but we are always on the lookout for volunteers! Volunteer opportunities include general festival and event help, bar/concession, ticketing at the door, gallery sitting, baking and cooking, photo & video, review writing, basic carpentry and maintenance, transportation and more!

Workshop Instructors
Each year, we offer workshops in a variety of different mediums and skill levels, from beginner to working professional, ranging from afternoon classes to multi-day intensives.
Examples of past workshops: Intro to Screen Printing, Mosaic Birdhouses, Tap Dancing for Adults, Kids Dance, Watercolour Painting, Stained Glass, Soundscape Composition, Ceramics, and much more!
We are always looking for folks with new skills that they would like to share with the comunity. Please reach out if you are interested in running a program or a workshop
Workshop Instructor wages are $25-$50/hr depending on experience.

Live Modelling Opportunities
KIAC is always on the search for live models of any and all body types and experience levels. We call on models at various times throughout the year for different events and drop-ins. Want to know more? Please contact us at programs@kiac.ca or give us a call at 867-993-5005.

KIAC / Dënäkär Zho not only brings colour to Dawson City through arts residencies, exhibitions, events, and programs but we are a vital hub for community events. Our renters often express a need for support during their events so we are compiling a list of contractors.
