Congratulations 2020 Yukon School of Visual Arts (SOVA) Grads!

The Klondike Institute of Art & Culture (KIAC) and the Dawson City Arts Society would like to give a well-deserved congratulations to the 2020 graduates of the Yukon School of Visual Arts (SOVA) Foundation Year Program.

From hosting radio shows at the CFYT Radio Station to volunteering at exhibitions, from throwing punches at Kickboxing to crafting colourful pieces at Pottery Drop-In (and seemingly everything in between), each of you immersed yourself fully and wholeheartedly into the community.

While we do hope you’ll stay, we know that there’s a big wide world out there. No matter where you find yourself, whether it’s here in Dawson City, in Halifax attending NSCAD University, in Vancouver at the Emily Carr University of Art + Design, or anywhere in between, we know you will succeed.
