The Dënäkär Zho/KIAC facility is an attractive and functional building with approximately 8,000 sq ft on two floors, which provides a unique and multi purpose user space in the community.
KIAC is committed to a rental policy based on the following principles:
- KIAC programming and events or programs that support our mandate and community arts and culture will have priority use of space.
- Non-profit users are eligible for most preferential rates.
- KIAC will not compete directly or unfairly where the private sector offers comparable space for comparable uses.
Please complete the Facility Rental Request Form at least 14 days prior to your request.

KIAC also offers a number of facilities and assets for non-commercial short term use on a drop-in basis. For more information, please consult the KIAC Drop-In Policy.

Ballroom Capacity: Table seating: 60- 80pax, theatre style: 110pax, standing room: 150pax
Kitchen rental includes: approximately 100 small plates, 20 dinner plates, 30 coffee mugs, 30 water glasses, wine glasses, 30 sets of cutlery as well as assorted serving spoons, trays, pitchers and serving dishes, kettles, a commercial Bunn coffeemaker, and dishwasher. Renters must supply their own coffee/tea and are not permitted to leave food/supplies after rental.
