Weaving Demo & Open Studio with Miriam Behman

Join us at Macaulay House on Saturday March 18 from 2-4pm for a look at the work of current KIAC Artist in Residence Miriam Behman.

Miriam Behman is a photographer and textile artist based in Dawson City. She holds a BFA in photography and textiles from NSCAD University (2020) and is an alumni of the Yukon School of Visual Arts (2016).

Miriam has been focussing on her material research, looking into different processes of blending photography and weaving together.

The KIAC Artist in Residence Program is a partnership with Parks Canada’s Klondike National Historic Site. Macaulay House is located at the corner of 7th Ave & Princess St.
