Another year is upon us, and we are excited to share what we’ve been up to. KIAC’s 2020 Annual General Meeting (2019 fiscal year) will be held online!
The AGM will take place Thursday, July 9 at 6:30 PM over Zoom. Please download Zoom in advance for free and ensure that you will have access to the internet or cellular data at the time of the meeting.
Further instructions will be posted soon!
All are welcome to attend the AGM but only KIAC members in good standing can vote and make and second motions, which will be done via the chat feature.
If you are unsure if you are a member please contact us and we can easily check. If you would like to purchase a membership in order to vote, you can do so here. All memberships purchased for the AGM will be valid to the end of the following calendar year. For example a one year membership will be good from date of purchase to December 2021 as where a five year membership will be good till December 2026.
