Culture Quest

The program has no set deadline and accepts proposals on an on-going basis. It is intended to be utilized as a unique funding opportunity for First Nations and Non-First Nations artists and community members who are engaged in projects which do not qualify for other YG arts funding programs.

Yukon Permanent Art Collection

The Yukon Permanent Art Collection provides Yukoners and visitors with an opportunity to experience our cultural legacy as it is expressed through the visual arts, and contributes to the professional development and economic well-being of Yukon artists.

The works purchased for the collection are selected by a volunteer organization, the Friends of the Yukon Permanent Art Collection. This non-profit society strives to ensure that the collection contains quality works suitable for a public collection, which are of relative importance and relevance to Yukon and are unique.

Official intake deadlines for the @YAC Residency programs will be on November 1st  and May 1st every year, for projects that follow a recommended 6 months from the deadline date.

Arctic Circle Retreat

Canadian Wilderness Artist Residency

The Jenni House Artist Residency is now accepting applications for residencies between October-March 2018/2019. Deadline for applications is Friday August 24, 2018 at 11:59pm.

The Caetani Cultural Centre ‘Artist-in-Residence Program’ (C3 AiR) provides studio space and short to long-term accommodation for regional, national and international artists, writers, curators, cultural researchers, musicians and performers.
