DESCRIPTION:The ODD Gallery is excited to announce our nationwide Exhibition Open Call for artists and curators across Canada! Selected applicants will have the opportunity to present their work in the ODD Gallery between May 2027 and March 2028. \nThe Call for Submissions will be open from 12:00 AM AST on Wednesday\, November 19\, 2025 until 11:59 PM PST on Sunday\, January 19\, 2026. \nIf you—or someone you know—would like to bring artwork to our gallery on the edge of the Arctic\, please visit our Call for Submissions page for full details on eligibility and how to apply. \nPlease email gallery@kiac.ca if you have any questions. \nWe look forward to seeing your proposals and sharing your work with our community.

DESCRIPTION:Dawson City Arts Society / Klondike Institute of Art & Culture 2025 Annual General Meeting\nTuesday July 8\, 6:30-8pm in the Dënäkär Zho / KIAC Ballroom \nJoin us for the Dawson City Arts Society / Klondike Institute of Art & Culture Annual General Meeting! Hear about our last year of activities and what we have planned for the future. We will present our financial reports\, elect the Board of Directors\, and update our members about some of our big projects including upcoming renovations. Snacks provided. \nDawson City Arts Society (DCAS) is a community organization created to enrich the quality of life in the Yukon through the enhancement of arts\, culture and the economy.  Its operating arm is the Klondike Institute of Art and Culture (KIAC). DCAS is a partner in the Yukon School and Visual Arts (alongside Yukon University and Tr’ondëk Hwëch’in) and the Klondike Development Organization. \nREGISTER\nPlease register in advance here. You can choose to attend in person or through Zoom. You do NOT have to register to attend\, but registering for the AGM will allow us to plan accordingly\, send out reminders with links\, meeting packages and financial reports.
