DESCRIPTION:Request For Proposal \nDënäkär Zho/Klondike Institute of Art and Culture Renovations \nDawson City Arts Society  \nPROPOSALS DUE BY: Sept 14\, 2024 at 4pm \nDawson City Arts Society (DCAS) is seeking an experienced project manager to coordinate the renovations of the Klondike Institute of Art & Culture (also known as the ODD Fellows Hall) located at 902 2nd Avenue in Dawson City.  \nProject Goals: \n\nCompleting renovations by March 31\, 2026\, based on existing conceptual designs and feedback. \nEnsuring effective collaboration and communication between the board of directors\, KIAC staff\, accessibility consultants and contractors during the finalization of construction designs and renovations.\nDocumenting all aspects and information needed to complete and report on renovations project.\nSecuring and contracting qualified contractors in accordance with DCAS procurement policies and within established project budgets.\n\nProject Budget \n$60\,000 for project management fees\, including GST \nContact Information \nFor a full RPF or questions please contact us by email: hr@kiac.ca\, attn: Dënäkär Zho/KIAC Renovations Committee
